Hello Residents! The following are a few friendly reminders to make your life and your neighbors’ lives a little happier:
- Please be aware of parking.
- Compact Car parking is for compact cars only. Unfortunately, SUVs and trucks do not count as “compact.”
- Also, be aware of being inside the lines when you finish parking. Being outside of the parking lines affects your neighbors when they come home.
- Finally, you will be subject to towing and/or fines by parking in a fire zone or in a handicapped parking space (without appropriate sticker/license plates)
- Compact Car parking is for compact cars only. Unfortunately, SUVs and trucks do not count as “compact.”
- As per city ordinance and your lease agreement, all pets are required to be on a leash when outside. Also, pet owners/caretakers are required to clean up after their pets. There are refuse bags and disposal containers located all over the property for your convenience. If you do not clean up after your pet, you will be subject to a fine of $100.
