Weekend Update

Just to let everyone know, the office will be closed on Friday April 2nd in observance of Good Friday and also on Sunday April 4th in observance of Easter.

Also, rent is still due even though the office is closed. There is a drop box located on the door of apartment 834 and there is also the option to pay rent online!

Friendly Reminders

Hello Residents! The following are a few friendly reminders to make your life and your neighbors’ lives a little happier:

• Please be aware of parking.
  • Compact Car parking is for compact cars only. Unfortunately, SUVs and trucks do not count as “compact.” 
  • Also, be aware of being inside the lines when you finish parking. Being outside of the parking lines affects your neighbors when they come home.
  • Finally, you will be subject to towing and/or fines by parking in a fire zone or in a handicapped parking space (without appropriate sticker/license plates) 
• As per city ordinance and your lease agreement, all pets are required to be on a leash when outside. Also, pet owners/caretakers are required to clean up after their pets. There are refuse bags and disposal containers located all over the property for your convenience. If you do not clean up after your pet, you will be subject to a fine of $100.

Fire Alarm Inspection

The fire alarm inspection is going well! They’ve finished buildings 1 through 6 and will finish up with building 7 today. The rest of the inspections will continue tomorrow. Thank you all again for your cooperation and understanding – have a wonderful Wednesday!

Announcements

First of all, there will be the annual mandatory fire inspection testing going on for the next 2-3 days. They will be testing the buildings in numerical order and they’ve already finished buildings 1 and 2. There will be sporadic beeping and sirens going off during this time. If you’re concerned that it’s a real alarm, please don’t hesitate to call.

Secondly, SNOW!

As pretty as it is, enjoy it but be careful for slippery sidewalks and roads. Drive (and walk!) carefully!
